In certain cases, rush production or expedited shipping may be available depending on current production capacity and ingredient availability.
If expedited service is required, customers should contact our team before placing an order so availability and pricing can be confirmed.
Additional fees may apply for rush manufacturing or expedited delivery services.
We provide simple flat-rate shipping for most standard orders.

All products are shipped FOB from our manufacturing location.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
EzLife Skincare is not responsible for carrier delays, damage during transit, or shipping disruptions once the order leaves our facility.
Shipping carriers operate independently. While we partner with reputable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines or shipping performance.
Customers requiring specialized shipping arrangements such as temperature-controlled transport or scheduled freight delivery should coordinate these requirements before shipment.
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we may choose to:
Partial shipments may occur depending on product availability and order priority.
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
If visible damage is present, it must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery before signing the shipment receipt.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact our support team within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
To process a claim:
We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier confirms the claim, a replacement or refund may be issued.
Due to the nature of bulk skincare ingredients and wholesale cosmetic products, all sales are considered final.
Returns or refunds cannot be issued for:
Minor variations may occur between batches due to the natural characteristics of raw materials.
We strongly recommend ordering product samples before purchasing bulk quantities.
Sampling allows brands to evaluate texture, fragrance, compatibility, and formulation performance before committing to large orders.
Returns may only be accepted under the following condition:
If the correct product was shipped and matches the order, the sale remains final.
Orders may be canceled only before production or processing has begun.
Once an order enters any of the following stages, it cannot be canceled:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are not considered valid until confirmed by our team.
Custom formulations, bulk manufacturing orders, and special production runs cannot be canceled once production has started.
